We saw these windmills in Indiana, but noticed similar “wind farms” in Illinois. Good for the Midwest!
Glenda Bailey-Mershon
I come from the mountains, from a textile mill-working family. My mother and her mother could weave a knot that was barely visible, but which held under great stress. I've tried to apply their skill with threads to words. Here is my wider world view. Thanks be to all the ancestors who brought me here.

/ October 20, 2014I know it’s an issue there. Solar wouldn’t be productive, I suppose, and perhaps people wouldn’t like windmills all over the moors. But is here much talk there about alternatives?

/ October 20, 2014Yes, there are some talks in that direction and the idea of going green is increasing, yet, very slowly. The Brits are never known to be people for change, unfortunately. You get more progress from flogging a dead horse. 🙂
